Subscription
We offer recurring subscription membership in which your products will be shipped to you every 14 days, 30 days or 60 days (depending on the frequency you selected) Your subscription begins on the date of purchase. The subscription plan to our Service consists of an initial charge followed by recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you.
Subscriptions are 100% self managed by the customer. You may edit, pause or cancel your subscription at any time by doing the following:
1. You may click the "Manage Subscription" button in your email or simply log into your account and click "Manage Subscriptions"
Please note this is the only way to edit, pause or cancel your subscription.
We automatically renew your subscription and deliver based on your selected frequency. You will receive an email 3 days prior to the renewal of your next automatic order. You can edit, pause or cancel at that time, by simply clicking the "Manage Subscription" button in that email.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
By choosing a subscription plan, you acknowledge that such subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you agree to the amount of the recurring charges.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Kindly note that you can cancel your subscription at any time 3 days prior to the date your applicable subscription is scheduled to renew. Cancelling a subscription will not cancel and refund the delivery orders that have been paid for, it only stops future scheduled shipments. We do not accept returns for subscriptions and no refunds will be issued for any products.

It’s super simple. Click on the products you’d like to regularly receive, then choose the ‘Subscribe’ option before adding to cart.
You’ll then get to select how often you'd like to receive your products. Done? Hit that checkout button and voila! We’re on our way to you.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed and payments are recurring. You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to each renewal.
Please note: Once you subscribe, subscriptions are 100% managed by you. You are responsible for editing, changing, pausing or cancelling your own subscription.

We never want you to feel stuck — in jobs, situationships, and especially not subscriptions. So yes, you can swap, remove or add products whenever you like. You can also skip your delivery at any time to suit your schedule and your needs.

Don’t stress if you see that “out of stock” sticker. We set aside enough products each month, especially for our subscribers, so you never have to worry about your faves going out of stock. It’s that VIP treatment you deserve.

We’ll be sad to see you go, but yes you can. Simply log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions to make changes to delivery frequency or cancel. You may also click the Manage Subscription button in the email notification you receive 3 days prior to the renewal of your next order.
Please note: You are 100% responsible for managing your own subscription. Please use the Manage Subscription feature to edit, pause or cancel at any time.

Depends on how often we send products out to you. But basically, you’ll be charged when you first order, and then every time you receive a new order based on the delivery frequency your selected.
Remember: you can update your order frequency — aka your next charge date — at any time. In case you’re going through your products faster or slower than you first anticipated.

Moving house? We’ll happily follow you anywhere. You can update your delivery address by logging into your account and clicking on the Manage Subscriptions tab.
Just click "Edit Shipping Address" to get us shipped to the right place — and show off your new postcode.

Absolutely. Our subscriptions are smart like that. After logging into your account, select the Manage Subscriptions tab. Then, click on the "Manage" button next to the product you wish to edit. From here, you can change the order date, or you can even skip an upcoming order if you’ve still got a lot of product to get through.

It’s easy to update your billing information on existing subscriptions. Log in to your account, go to Manage Subscriptions and select the "Update Billing" button. To keep things nice and secure, we’ll send you an email to safely update your billing information.

It’s likely! Subscription orders will be shipped with Standard Shipping, which is a flat rate of $5.99 on each renewal. But Free Shipping is an option for subscription orders over $100
If you have multiple subscription products and want them to ship together to receive the Free Shipping rate, make sure the products have the same upcoming order dates and are combined under one address and payment method.
If you want to add products to your subscription to reach the $100 Free Shipping minimum (smart idea), we recommend adding products to upcoming subscription orders through the customer portal versus purchasing a new subscription order altogether. You can even add one-time purchases to your order through the customer portal. But please note, Free Shipping is determined by the subtotal of the products after the 18% discount has been applied.
